hot hot hot...

We are headed to the beach tomorrow to get relief of the hot hot weather! Ryan loves the water, chasing the waves and plopping down making a splash! I enjoy spending time at the beach with my little guy, I am excited he loves it just as much as me!

mama needs a new bag...

Love love love this bag! The best part is a good friend's friend makes them on etsy for reasonable prices! Check her out on facebook too! I need another bag like I need a hole in the head...but this is just what I need to keep my belongings in one place, hands free, so I can chase a fast running toddler. Lets face it, I need a bag for snacks, sippy cups and my personal fun stuff! Happy early summer present for me!!

first comes love, then comes marriage...oh, no...first comes love, then comes Ryan...and at last marriage!!

It's officially the time to be blogging about the upcoming event of the year. We are tying the knot and making our little family official (by all having the same last name). Here is a sneak peek of our wedding website brought to you by The Knot. We are very excited for the intimate affair and had a hard time keeping the guest list number small. We hope you enjoy!!

15 months...

And the cutest boy award goes to....Ryan Hayes!! Yes, I nominated him, yes, I had the only votes...yes, you could say it was rigged but who cares!!! Ryan is getting to be such a little boy, running and making funny noises...sweating like big boys and chatting up a storm. We are having so much fun watching him grow and experience life. Catch us at the playground in Pawtuxet Village, you will spot him being chased for stealing other children's sports balls! 

Ryan also is a fan of Roger Williams Park Zoo as seen on this cool Rhody website. He was very fascinated with the chickens from the farm. He laughed when they came running up to him! We are so looking forward to the summer time off!! 

flowers for a special occasion...

I love this arrangement for a special day. I am sad because I am not able to get anemone flowers around November. I love the color of the dusty miller and thistles, they have given me some inspiration for color options!!

easter...

Happy Easter!! This will be Ryan's second Easter, and the poor bug can't have chocolate or candy yet. It will be fun next year hiding eggs for him to hunt for and a trip to see the Easter Bunny!!  Ryan is getting so big! I think I say that every post... :)

play time...

Ryan loves to be outside. If he is not outside you will find him watching the neighborhood kids playing from the front window! He was saying "hi, hi, hi..." The kids come up to the window to talk to him. He also likes to steals their toys/balls when he plays with them... typical toddler!!
